Our corporate culture is firmly rooted in the belief that functional relationships are not one sided and that, to have balance, there must be a give and take.

We are steadfast believers that you get back what you put in. When Breanne was beginning the Company, she knew that being socially conscience and contributing in a positive way to the world around us were going to be integral parts of how Balanced Business operated. 

In 2019, we’re very excited to be able to begin rolling out our Giving Back program! At this stage in our organization, the two main ways that Balanced Business gives back is through monetary contributions as well as involvement in the local San Diego community.

CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS

At the end of each quarter, Balanced Business will donate 1% of its gross receipts to certain approved charitable organizations. As the business continues to grow, we hope to increase this contribution rate.

A few of the organizations that are currently approved for contributions are:

  • Doctors without Borders

  • The Animal Pad

  • ACLU

Our owner Breanne Mode is participating in the inaugural Make-a-Wish TrailBlaze Challenge San Diego! This is an exciting event where participants raise funds for Make-a-Wish San Diego to grant the wishes of sick children in San Diego, CA while pushing themselves in a 26 mile hike along the Pacific Crest Trail in Big Bear, CA.
